Anne-Catherine has a bachelor's degree in film studies and literature from the Université de Montréal and also has a certificate in communications from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is passionate about team sports, but also about individual sports such as fitness, specifically weight lifting. She appreciates the idea of giving herself every chance to feel good in her body as well as in her mind. In addition, she is passionate about learning and loves the health field as it is constantly evolving. In addition, she worked for over a decade in the pharmaceutical field and decided to change jobs in order to broaden her horizons and learn more about the world of chiropractic and physical health. In addition to work and school, Anne-Catherine is an avid film, television and music fan. She enjoys going to shows, festivals and parties with friends (except in times of pandemic).
